FILTERED NEWS: FILM SHOWS LONDON UNDERGROUND BOMBING SCENES

ITV has reported that the producer of V for Vendetta, starring Natalie Portman, will keep the London Underground bombing scenes unedited. The film is set in a futuristic London where the tube lines are destroyed after a devastating war. Says executive producer Joel Silver: ‘It's a great time for this movie. It's a controversial film and it's a controversial time. It's going to make people think.’ V for Vendetta is scheduled to open in the UK on 3 November.
