Fed up with television as it is? A new web-based television channel called Peasoup.tv is inviting aspiring programme-makers to contribute to its content, which will be totally generated by its viewership. Now, this is what I'd call open-acess, reality TV, not the manipulative rubbish they show on Channel 4.
